Can I exchange my item if it does not fit me?
You may return your item and a credit voucher will be added for your next purchase. You may use it to purchase your preferred item.
We only accept returns for items that are in its original condition - with tag attached, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. You will be issued a credit voucher equivalent to the purchase price of each returned item, valid for 90 days.
Delivery fees to return your item, if any, will not be refunded.
*Purchase of sale items, accessories are final and cannot be returned.
What is the return policy?
Returns are provided for all items, except sales/promotional items, accessories and specifically stated non-returnable items.
Return must be done for an item in its original condition - with tag attached, unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
Returns can only made one time per order. Any order made with return credit voucher cannot be returned again.
We reserve the right to reject any returned item if it does not meet all mentioned conditions.
Refund would only be done as store credit voucher. Strictly no cash refund is allowed.
Store credit voucher can only be used once, not applicable with any other further discount and must be redeemed within 90 days from the date of issuance.
You are responsible for the shipping cost of returned item.
You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. Do kindly retain all proof of mailing until an acknowledgement has been sent.
How do I return unsatisfactory item(s)?
Follow the following steps:

REASONS: Example: Item does not fit / Unsatisfactory Item / Defective Item - do attach photograph(s) if possible / Incorrect item received )
- Email the above template to email@example.com
Return your items to the address given in our reply email.
* All items must be shipped back within 14 calendar days upon receiving them.
* Return parcels may take up to 3 working days to be processed.
